Wear Sunglasses

Protect your eyes from too much sunlight by wearing sunglasses that block ultraviolet (UV) radiation and a hat with a wide brim when you are outside.

Exercise

Staying healthy also affects your eyesight! Practice regular exercise and eat healthy foods.

Maintain Normal Blood Pressure

Abnormal blood pressure can cause eye strain, so keep careful track of regulating your blood pressure!

Control Diabetes

If you have diabetes, it can cause eyesight problems, so be sure to follow your doctor’s advice!

Limit Screen Strain

If you spend a lot of time at the computer or focused on one thing, you can forget to blink. Every 20 minutes, look about 20 feet away for 20 seconds to prevent eye strain.
