Balance exercises are designed to improve certain muscles that help you balance better. These exercises can help prevent accidents and injuries by improving stability.
Flexibility exercises help with joint movement. Joint movement occurs all throughout the day with regular tasks. Working on your flexibility can really make a difference with your daily comfort!
