Keep Your Mind Active
Hobbies and stimulating activities such as spending time with family, volunteering, reading, dancing and singing can keep you active and happy.
Exercise
Lack of physical activity can bring on illnesses such as diabetes and depression – which harm the brain. Brisk walks can help manage depression and improve brain function.
